Together After is a peer-led, post-experience integration group. That means we gather as people with shared experiences, not as experts or authorities. Each of us brings our own story, and together we create a space where people can speak honestly, listen deeply, and support one another.

Many of us come here after powerful or meaningful experiences that have shifted how we see ourselves or the world. Integration is the process of making sense of those experiences and allowing the insights to shape our everyday lives. In simple terms, integration is the art of turning insight into action.

We recognize that the wider culture does not always support the kind of reflection, honesty, and personal change that these experiences can invite. Because of that, we intentionally create a supportive environment where people can slow down, share openly, and explore what feels most true and meaningful for them.

We believe that meaningful change takes time. It often requires patience, reflection, and the support of others who are walking their own path of growth. This group exists to offer that support.

Together After does not promote any particular belief system or path to enlightenment. Our purpose is simple: to show up for one another, to listen, and to support each other in the ongoing work of growth.

We are simply here for each other, after.
